Make Your Occasion even more Special at Sea Ranch Resort in the Outer Banks

From reunions to retreats and retirements, we love to help plan special events that you will both enjoy and be proud to host!

Sea Ranch Resort is the ideal OBX venue. Our 2,000 square foot Banquet room accommodates up to 125 guests and is adaptable for smaller numbers and more intimate gatherings. We also have restaurant and outside deck space that can accommodate an additional 45, for a total of 170 guests. On the southern end of our property, we have a 500 square foot room for a variety of occasions and complimentary uses. Directly to the right of our entrance is our restaurant as well as the beach and lovely ocean view, the perfect setting for any event.

With a background in a wide array of occasions, our in-house banquet space and experienced event coordinators are here to make your event go smoothly so you can enjoy your time. Our menus have been carefully crafted by our culinary team for wide appeal — and we are always open to customizations for group wants and dietary needs.

Bringing in guests from out-of-town? With big groups come varying preferences for downtime, and we make it easy for all! For those that prefer to stay put to enjoy the ocean views and beach time, our on-site Beachside Bistro means they don’t have to leave the property — great food and relaxation is right here at Sea Ranch Resort.

For those who like to explore, it doesn’t get more convenient than our central Kill Devil Hills location in the Outer Banks at milepost 7. Popular destinations are only minutes away, including Wright Brother’s Memorial, Jockey’s Ridge and Roanoke Island, three of many attractions within a short drive. Guests that want to keep busy will have a long agenda of spots to see and outdoor adventures to join. We are always happy to provide suggestions for their itineraries.
