Sea Ranch oceanfront condos are perfect for those visitors to the Outer Banks who find that condominiums are their preferred way to enjoy a vacation with a family or small group. Our two-bedroom, two bath condos provide a great vacation home with all the conveniences you would expect! The large master bedroom opens up to an expansive oceanfront balcony and has one king bed; the second bedroom has either one king, one queen, or two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Our OBX condos have a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The kitchen breakfast bar in each condo opens into the dining area which comfortably seats six. The living area (with queen sleeper sofa) also opens to the oceanfront balcony, offering a spectacular ocean view enjoyable year-round.

Specifically related to our condos:

·      Weekly stays are required with over 90-day advance bookings for peak summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

·      Beds are made and bath towels are provided in your room for your arrival.

·      Daily housekeeping is available upon request and is $40 per day.

·      Condos and all rooms are non-smoking.

·      A limited number of pet-friendly condos are available and must be arranged at the time of reservation.
