The Sea Ranch Resort

The original building of the Sea Ranch was constructed in 1963 with two oceanfront expansions taking place in subsequent decades. The Sea Ranch Resort is now owned and operated by an entity controlled by dpM Partners, beginning upon purchase of the property in 2011. Extensive renovations were immediately initiated and completed before re-opening and several more were done in phases since that time. We are happy to have restored and improved upon this unique property, and appreciate providing the venue and expertise for our guest experiences as well as playing a part in the very special landscape and laid-back charm of the Kill Devil Hills area in the Outer Banks.
