• No Hidden Fees. Most third-party travel websites charge guests an extra fee for booking online with them, sometimes as much as 25%. Avoid those charges and enjoy complete transparency when you book directly with us.
• No Added Layer of Policies. Third-party companies have their own policies you are subject to.
• Access to our Full Inventory. We control our complete inventory of rooms; we allocate only certain rooms to third-parties to sell.
• More Flexibility. We have more flexibility with refundable reservations than third parties should you need to make changes.
• Less Restrictive Cancellation Policies. Our standard refundable reservations permit cancellation by 4 pm 2 days prior to arrival without penalty, which is typically more generous than our listings with third party companies. (Prepaid, non-refundable rates are always non-cancellable.)
• Local Customer Service. Sea Ranch team members are knowledgeable about both our property and the surrounding area.
• Current Information. We will always have the most current and accurate information about our own property, amenities and operations.
• Dog-friendly rooms. There is a limited number of pet-friendly rooms that only we offer. Reserve one with us to ensure availability. Pet policy applies.
